Return and Warranty Information:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us - we want
you to be happy with our products, and the services we
provide. Any defective item will be repaired, or replaced.

To return any item, we request that you:

1) Contact us - by phone or e-mail

2) Ship the item back - PREPAID - by Airmail from the US, and by Express Post or Priority Mail from Canada. Be sure to include your name, e-mail address, phone number, credit card information, any instructions, and a return address.

DO NOT send items by courier - we will not accept the package due to brokerage fees.

3) Be sure to include your original invoice or receipt, and a note regarding your return or exchange.

Please Note: when returning items from outside of Canada, clearly mark the package "Returned Goods" so duty is not charged!

Defective items:

All items found to have any manufacturing defect will be repaired, or replaced, at no cost, and your shipping return charges credited.

Warranty Policy:

We warranty our products provided they have not been worn outdoors more than once, are returned in clean condition, and are returned within 30 days of purchase. Products may be exchanged or returned for refund, no questions asked, if the item is in new condition and has not been worn outside.
