Alterations:

Alterations to new items will be made at minimal costs, however, shipping is the customers responsibility for alterations.

Repairs:

We provide repairs to damaged items provided they arrive in clean and tidy condition. Repairs to items in any other condition will be subject to additional charges, or may be returned to the customer without repair. No exceptions. Shipping is the customers responsibility for repairs unless it is a warranty item.
